I love the zoo. The animals are awesome, you get great exercise walking around and can enjoy a fun, rather inexpensive day outdoors. I try to make it to the National Zoo every spring and this year was no different. The weather was gorgeous and the cherry blossoms were just starting to turn pink, which made it even better. Plus, the animals seemed to be loving the spring weather as well.
